Louielyn Lirio, MPH
Louielyn (she/her/hers) is a San Diego Native and Filipino American. For her undergraduate work, she attended San Diego State University and graduated with her BS in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Public Health and a minor in Social Work. She has a Master's degree in Public Health with a concentration in Global Health from California State University San Marcos. She is currently a Program Evaluation Specialist where she provides program evaluation services such as, evaluation design, program support, data management, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects, including the evaluation of San Diego County's Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) programs and the California American Indian Tobacco Initiative Evaluation (CAITIE) project. Her research interests are in global health, health policies, preparedness, and chronic diseases. She is consistently seeking opportunities to expand perspectives on health to socially navigate through diverse populations. Her goal is to expand her skills in implementing renewable and sustainable public health practices on a global scale.
Jamie Pilapil, MPH
Jamie (she/her/hers) is also a San Diego Native and Filipino American. For her undergraduate work, she attended San Diego State University and graduated with her BS in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Public Health. She has a Master's degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Education and Promotion from California State University San Marcos. She is currently a Dissemination and Implementation Coordinator. Her goals are to expand her experience and advance her professional ambitions focusing on health promotion and education. She is passionate about innovative ideas, enjoys solving complex problems, and finds joy in planning and organizing assignments. She is continually looking for ways to promote health and wellness, protect others' rights to their health, and prevent illnesses. Jamie aims to provide the will to better all communities in an empathetic, creative, and driven way to sustain health and wellness.
